This Vermont bakery was created in 2005 with the sole purpose of inventing gluten-free bread that was actually edible. The result is indeed very good bread, and is unlike almost every other GF bread I've tried. The owners experimented pretty heavily, and mix in a bit of cheese to get an approximation of wheat-based French breads.
They are dedicated to one line of GF breads. They don't ship but distribute through chains such as Wegmans and Whole Foods. Check their website for stores in your state.
If there is any downside to this product, its the cost. The owners exclusively use local (Vermont) ingredients.
