Excellent Pasta by any standard (GF or Non), especially the Penne. Their line of rice flower pastas include fusilli, spirals, elbow, penne, lasagne, fettuchini, and spaghetti.
Preparation Note: To get a nice al dente chew, cook the pasta for 1-2 minutes on full heat, to boil, then turn off the heat and cover for 6-8 minutes. The package instructions say to stand for 20 minutes, which gives a much softer texture.
