This is excellent, excellent chocolate. Available at health food stores, "boutique" groceries, and Whole Foods, Dagoba produces a very high-quality organic chocolate bar that can be eaten on its own or used in cooking. My favorite is the Eclipse (very dark chocolate). Each bar is marked with the percentage of pure chocolate it contains.
Dagoba does not manufacture any products containing gluten, and its production facilities are gluten-free. See the site for more details.
