Pica Pica offers Venezuelan cuisine that is almost entirely gluten free, though I guess they have a few beers that are not GF. And as a result boasts not ever having the possibility of cross contamination.
It's mainly a soup and sandwich joint with three varieties of their maize breads:
-Arepa: grilled flour corn cake
-Cachapa: sweet corn pancake
-Maize'wich: sweet corn bread
They also serve empanadas that come in surf, turf, cheese or beans.
People seem to really enjoy the food but I have read that the environment/service can be a pain on busy days and especially weekends. It's apparently your standard deli style service, where you go in order your food, take a number, wait on your order than find a place to sit.
