Haru offers a number of different sashimi dishes and allows gluten-free eaters to substitute crab sticks or other potentially contaminated fish with different cuts. If told in advance they will use separate knives and provide you with organic, gluten-free soy sauce. Interesting to note: they use a grain vinegar in their sushi rice that is safe for those with celiac disease and gluten intolerance. The wait staff will check ingredients for any entree you choose, and the fish is extremely fresh and tasty.
