Ming has talked up his restaurant's gluten-free offerings to several news outlets, but I ultimately found my experience there to be very disappointing. Although the regular menu offers a range of creative Asian-influenced cuisine, gluten-free diners are offered risotto. Personally, I can make at home! Apparently, the fish sauce used by BG's kitchen contains wheat, and because Ming has an endorsement deal with the manufacturer, the staff are not permitted to substitute wheat-free fish sauce (note: most fish sauces do not contain wheat, so this isn't exactly a difficult request to satisfy!). I will not return.
