Gluten-free pizza (buckwheat-based dough) - call ahead to see that they have the pizza dough in stock: it's prepared in large batches and frozen, so if they run out they can't make more on the spot. The pizza is superb - thin, crispy crust, good quality toppings. (GF pizza is available in medium - 10" - only.) You can also buy the frozen dough in bulk. This is one of the best pizza joints in town, and it's a real joy to be able to eat some after all these years!
