The web link is to a list of distributors of shemura matzot made from uncontaminated oats (most commercial oats are processed on the same machines as wheat, so contain small amounts of gluten. The oats used for these matzot are pure, wheat-free oats). Some celiacs tolerate uncontaminated oats in small amounts, so these may work for you - and will allow you to observe the mitzvah to eat matzah at Pesach without making yourself sick in the process! The matzot are much more fragile than wheat matzot, and taste a bit more like cardboard, but what the heck, we can eat 'em so I won't complain.
