Wagamama, based in the UK, recently opened locations in Boston (Faneuil Hall, Harvard Square, and the Prudential Center mall) and Washington, DC. There are also locations throughout Europe and a few in the Middle East.
Wagamama offers a variety of Asian-influenced, freshly prepared options for eating gluten-free (my favorite is the Chicken Itame). Typically, a manager will come to your table and take your order personally to make sure that your meal is prepared separately and safely. The restaurants clean stations before cooking a gluten-free meal, and make sure to keep certain items completely separate at all times.
