According to the staff at Café Gratitude, a raw food restaurant based in the San Francisco/Berkeley area, everything on the menu is gluten-free. The restaurant is very hippie -- everything on the menu has names, like this:
I AM MAGNIFICENT
... which some of the staff will insist that you use (this is the lemon meringue pie, btw). There's also a board game which is somehow related to the restaurant's philosophy. Despite all of this, the food is delicious, if a bit strange -- bread made of uncooked nuts! Mozzarella made of almond butter! And it's all consistently gluten-free.
