Azur is a relatively high-end restaurant in the heart of Key West. Cuisine is "Meditteranean," which translates to not messing too much with the (delicious!) locally sourced ingredients. See especially the fish. Great wine list.
The kitchen is well-versed in cooking for people with allergies, and can modify many of their dishes to be safe for people with celiac disease. Go either early or late for the best gluten-free experience (the kitchen can be VERY busy).
